The shape of <strong>the Z10 house design </strong>is similar to a rectangle. The body was enriched with a bay window in the dining room and the arcade above the entrance and the terrace. The building was roofed with a hipped roof and a wooden ceiling.</p>

<strong>In the version with concrete ceiling,</strong> <strong>it is possible </strong>to use the attic, which has a use area of over 40 sq. m (in the plan there is an example of the staircase location). The hall located in the central part of the house divides the ground floor into a day zone – to receive guests and a private zone - for the bedrooms. The area of the day room is enlarged by a roofed terrace with a fireplace (to use on the terrace and in the living room). The kitchen can be separate or open while the dining room connected with the living room forms an interesting single-space interior. We anticipated the bonus area in the house including a small larder, an alcove to install build-in wardrobes, a spacious utility room and a decent-sized bathroom.</p>
<p>
<strong>Z10 design </strong>will win the approval of those who like all the rooms to be located on one level. The simple structure of the house helps to decrease the cost to build the house and makes it possible to build the house in stages.</p>
