<strong>Z108</strong> is a functional house with a useable attic, a bay window in the living room and a garage. A simple body as well as a gable roof make it inexpensive to construct. Light colours and wooden elements on the elevation give it a warm, cosy look.</p>

<strong>The entrance</strong> is highlighted by a small roof. Next to the entrance hall there is a walk-in wardrobe with a direct passage to the garage. On this floor we also designed a large bathroom and a guest room. A lounge zone includes a <strong>spacious</strong><strong> living room</strong> connected with a kitchen and a dining room. The centrally located utility room partially separates the kitchen from the living room. In the alcove in the dining room there will be enough space to put a comfortable table. A large window brightening up the kitchen will make all your family meals taste better than ever. The night zone is placed in the attic. We planned there three <strong>comfortable</strong><strong> bedrooms,</strong> a recreation room and a large bathroom.</p>

<strong>Z108</strong><strong> is a practical and solid house design.</strong> We created it with care, paying attention to all the necessary details. Carefully selecting the details, all the bits and pieces, we designed a house of special character and unique in style.</p>
