<strong>Z14</strong><strong> house design</strong> has a simple and <strong>attractive</strong> body highlighted by an extended frontal roof supported by the pillars. The elevation can be decorated with shutters and ornaments made of polyurethane foam or decorative polystyrene shapes. The simple structure of the house reduces the costs of its construction.</p>

<strong>On the ground floor</strong>, apart from the day zone, we also anticipated a space that can be used as a home office or an extra bedroom. It can also constitute a part of the day room. In the central part of the house we designed a fireplace. In between the living room and the kitchen there is the dining room. It is possible to use the space under the stairs as a small larder. The utility room, accessible from the entrance hall, can be connected to the bathroom. Next to the kitchen, it is possible to build a garage or a carborard. The night zone in the attic includes three bedrooms and a bathroom. Roof windows in the attic can be replaced with windows in the side walls or dormers.</p>
